Quick Delivery and Easy Set-upWith each and every Old Hickory Shed purchase, you will receive free delivery and setup within 30 miles of Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint or Ponderay. Sheds purchased on the sales lots can usually be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Special order sheds can usually be delivered in 10 to 15 days depending on time of year, size of shed and other factors. We have delivered sheds as far away as Othello, Republic and White Bird.
Free Delivery To Coeur d'Alene, Athol, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Spirit Lake, Hayden, Worley, Plummer, Saint Maries, Cataldo, the Silver Valley, Sandpoint, Ponderay, Priest, Hope, Clark Fork, Liberty Lake, the Spokane Valley, East Spokane, North Spokane, South Spokane and West Spokane.
Some Things To ConsiderIf you have a homeowners association please make sure your covenants allow for a shed on your property, and if so setbacks and colors might be very important. Next check with your building department, if you live in the city they may restrict what size you can put on you property without getting a permit. The next item to consider is fencing. Sometimes a section of fencing has to be taken down to get into the area you want your shed. There may also be some damage to your lawn or garden getting it in. In some cases the shed has to be assembled at the site.
Free delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way from the Coeur d'Alene or Sandpoint/Ponderay lot, over 30 miles is subject to a $2.00/mile (8ft and 10ft wide) or $3.50/mile (12ft wide) charge one way, and any additional trips may also incur charges to the customer. If your shed is special ordered, it will come directly from the plant in Plains Montana without any additional charges. Free setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. The driver can supply blocks for $3.00 each.
